Fujiyama and Tokyo tower

Many of us japanese never climbed Mt.Fuji in lifetime. There was no culture of climbing in japan originally. It is intended to enjoy to see, not to climb. We japanese all like Fujiyama because simply beautiful. From my workplace, I can see Fujiyama in the back of Tokyo tower. When we saw Fujiyama by chance, feel that something good is coming.

My father, grandfather and the great-grandfather watched same Mt. Fuji. 

The world changes steadily, it is always in the same place. Therefore I know where myself is. The Tokyo Tower is the same, too.

* There is a lot of place named "Fujimi-cho", "Fujimi-saka", "Fujimi-dai" and so on. It means see Fujiyama. But, we can not see it because of many tall buildings.

My Tokyo Base

I'm japanese, not a clerk of tofustore. In Tokyo,I was moving a few times. I live in Mitaka-city from last year. It takes 30 minutes,Tokyo station to Mitaka station. It is, as it were,  a residential area for a office worker. My apartment is an old building dating back to more than 30 years. So rent is cheap compared to new one in the heart of the city. Tokyo is divided into three area from east to west, downtown,midtown and uptown, said to be "shitamachi""yamanote""musashino". Mitaka-city is located in uptown "musashino".

We measure the size of the room by the number of "tatami" mat.  1 tatami mat is 1.62 m2. My room is 22 tatami mat, so it is about 36 m2. Rent is 90,000 yen a month. The photo below are my room. It is dirty before moving. Now, to be clean because I cleaned every day. I am clean love like a little bird.
